A one time $125 cleaning fee, $25 Administrative fee and
12.75% Lodging Taxes must be added per reservation.
WHAT IS THE “CLEANING FEE”?
The cleaning fee covers non-rental fees associated with preparing the property for guests’ arrivals. This includes departure cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting, hot tub cleaning, fresh linens, trash removal, start-up supplies, programming guest’s door codes, grounds and maintenance work, pest control service, inventory management, and other tasks associated with preparing the property for guests’ arrival. I want all of my guests to feel safe and comfortable while staying at my cabin.
No burning candles are permitted in the cabin. Battery operated candles are in the cabin for use if desired. Because this is an authentic cabin no high smelling foods can be cooked inside the cabin such as Fish and other seafoods, curry dishes and very spicy foods as they will be absorbed into the wood and will leave a lingering odor in the wood that will require deodorizing. Although I do love pets and animals, I have a strict no pet policy because many guests have allergies to pet hairs and dander it may hinder other possible reservations. Having pets hairs stuck to the authentic wood is very hard to remove. No college or frat parties permitted. No under age drinking permitted. Guests must be 21 or older to reserve or have a parent or other individual with them over the age of 21.
